Tracy police believe 33-year-old George Raybon is connected to the homicide and warned that Raybon is “considered armed and dangerous.”
Lynch was shot multiple times Monday night outside a home on Monroe Street in southwestern Tracy. He was transported to Sutter Tracy Community Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police urge anyone who knows Raybon’s location to call 9-1-1.
Tracy woman Fauzia Nabeela Fields, 26, was arrested Tuesday by Tracy police in connection with the shooting and faces charges of first-degree murder and second-degree robbery, armed with a firearm during a felony, as well as special circumstances of lying in wait and robbery. Fields remains in San Joaquin County Jail without bail.
Police have confirmed that the house on Monroe Street was the site of an apparent pot growing operation and 50 already-harvested plants were found during the after-shooting search. According to initial reports in the police department log, a woman and two men in a silver Chevy Tahoe were present at the scene of the shooting.
Police are asking anyone who has any information regarding the fatal shooting to contact Tracy police Detective Edward Campbell at 831-6658 or Tracy Crime Stoppers at 831-6847. Tracy Crime Stoppers are offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of Raybon.

Best believe, I will be following the trials to come and will never forget my friend who was taken all too soon.
Lvn2Win, I don't know you personally but I believe you've been given incredible strength and necessary skills to get through this very difficult situation. The reason I believe this is because the Lord promises never to give us more then we can handle. He promises to hold us through every storm and to provide when we're in need. I pray for peace, forgiveness, and resilience for the entire family.
Maybe we can paint their bus a different color with a logo on the side. Lets paint it brown and call them simply POC (pieces of crap)
Usually the other way around.
