Face to love: It’s kitten season, and East of Eden rescue has a number of adorable little fuzzballs ready to adopt. One of them is Thor, who was born March 28. He is a confident little soul, but also loving and playful and loves to sit on laps. His sister, Mia, is also available for adoption. Thor is up to date on routine shots, house-trained and neutered. East of Eden is a nonprofit animal rescue organization. Its volunteers are at Petco, 2888 Grant Line Road, from noon to 3 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. For information: 815-5186.
