EDITOR,

I am somewhat annoyed by the people who are so engrossed with the so-called American Dream that they will “buy” a house that has been “planted” by some developer close to an airport and then gripe because they don’t like the aircraft activity.

The Tracy Municipal Airport was established 80 years ago, and, in my opinion, anyone who objects to it should pack their belongings and move to another location.

People allways surprise me. If you move next to an airport you must have known it was there.(did they hide it from you?) Why complain about it. If you don't like the noise then move. Nobody forced you to buy a house there. Nobody is making you stay there.

This is just as STUPID as the people who built houses by the Altimont raceway then started complaining about the lights and noise.
