Herta F. Harding, 90, a Tracy resident for more than 50 years, died Monday at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital.

Born in Berlin, Germany, on April 21, 1924, she was a homemaker and a member of Tracy Post 1537, Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Harding, who died in 1995; her parents, Frieda and Robert Klanka; and a sister, Bridgette Mueller.

Arrangements will be handled by Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave., in accordance with her wish to be buried alongside her husband in San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, 32053 W. McCabe Road, in Gustine.
