• Retired Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Zainal Sahukhan, 55, of Tracy, died Tuesday in San Francisco. Graveside services with military honors will begin at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road. Visitation will be observed from 5 to 10 p.m. Friday and from 8 to 10 a.m. Saturday at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave.

Belmeda T. Simas, 85, a Tracy native and lifelong local resident, died Monday at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital. Funeral services will begin at 11:30 a.m. Monday in the chapel at Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave., followed by burial in Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road. Visitation will be observed from 9:30 to 11:30 that morning in the chapel. Contributions in Ms. Simas’ name may be sent to the St. Bernard’s Catholic Church Building Fund, 163 W. Eaton Ave., Tracy, CA 95376.

• Lifelong Tracy resident Ruben Valles Quiroga, 46, died Sunday at his home. A Mass will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 163 W. Eaton Ave. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Monday at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave.

Linda Lou Friggle, 70, a former Tracy resident, died May 28 in Manteca. A graveside service will begin at 10 a.m. July 25 at East Union Cemetery, 1035 N. Union Road, in Manteca. Arrangements will be handled by P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home of Manteca, 290 N. Union Road, and an online guest book can be signed at www.plfryandson.com. Contributions in Mrs. Friggle’s name may be sent to a charity of the donor’s choice.

David Allan Griffith Sr., 50, a city of Tracy employee, died May 26 at his home. Services will be in Rio Linda. Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave., is handling arrangements. Memorial contributions may be sent to Rio Linda United Methodist Church, General Fund, P.O. Box 306, Rio Linda, CA 95673.
