This is the preliminary agenda for the regular meeting of the Tracy City Council at 7 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall, 333 Civic Center Drive.

Discussion items

• Conduct a public hearing to adopt a resolution approving the updated master fee schedule

• Accept the status of the animal shelter project and consider the options to either award the construction contract to the lowest bidder or reject all bids and authorize the staff to rescope and rebid the project

• Provide direction related to requested changes to water supply for the Tracy Gateway Project at the southwest corner of Lammers Road and 11th Street

• Approve a professional services agreement with West Yost Associates Inc. to provide water distribution services analysis for the Tracy Gateway Business Park

• Accept miscellaneous improvements to the senior center and transit station completed by Bockmon & Woody Electric Co. Inc. of Stockton

• Accept the transit station security cameras completed by Bockmon & Woody Electric Co. Inc. of Stockton

• Accept traffic-related capital improvement projects completed by Tennyson Electric Inc. of Livermore

• Adopt a mitigated negative declaration as required by the California Environmental Quality Act for widening MacArthur Drive between Schulte and Valpico roads

• Authorize the purchase of three large turf mowers from Turf Star Inc. of Rancho Cordova

• Authorize amendment of the city’s classification and compensation plans and position control roster by approving the establishment of a new classification specification and salary range for Accounting Coordinator

• Approve a master professional services agreement with SNG & Associates Inc., to provide staff support and plan/map review services in the Engineering Division of the Development Services Department for various projects

• Approve a minor amendment to the Tracy Honda final development plan to add a car wash at 3450 Auto Plaza Way

• Adopt a resolution approving an amendment to an employment agreement with Gary Hampton relating to his service as interim assistant city manager
