Neta Braswell, 78, a longtime Tracy resident, died Sunday in Tracy.

Mrs. Braswell was born March 12, 1936, in Oklahoma. She had lived in Tracy the past 30 years.

Survivors include two daughters, Andrea Avila of Tracy and Dalia Love of Stockton; two siblings, Betty Ball of Washington and Nelson McAfee of California; and four grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her husband, James Braswell, who died in 2011 after 16 years of marriage; and her parents, Jessie and Hugh McAfee.
