Services will be Feb. 20 for Gloria Dalton, 67, a lifelong Tracy resident, who died Feb. 5.

Ms. Dalton was born Sept. 7, 1946, and attended Tracy schools, graduating in 1965. She attended beauty school and worked more than 15 years as a beautician in Tracy.

Survivors include a son, Matthew Dalton, and his wife, Nicole, of Lathrop; her parents, Peter and Connie Ortega of Tracy; two grandsons; and two granddaughters.

Also surviving are siblings Peter Ortega Jr. of Manteca, Alfred Ortega, and his wife, Dolores, Jerry Ortega, Robert Ortega, Shirlee Vierra, and her husband, Michael, and Terri Dalton, all of Tracy, Debbie Ortega of Fair Oaks and Sherri Pepper, and her husband, Dr. Walt Pepper, of Soquel; and many cousins and other relatives.

A son, Brian Dalton, preceded her in death in February 2013.

A celebration of Ms. Dalton’s life will begin at 11 a.m. Feb. 20 at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave. Burial will be in Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road. An online guest book can be viewed at www.frymemorialchapel.com.
