Halloween was celebrated on Saturday, Oct. 26, as downtown filled with hundreds of costumed children and parents for the annual Halloween parade on Saturday, Oct. 26.

Streets were closed for children to trick-or-treat the downtown businesses. Deborah Skinner of Academy of Performing Parts led children through a several dance routines before the parade started.

Children and adults parade down 10th Street to Central Avenue where the parade ended at the downtown plaza at Sixth Street.

Dogs in Halloween costume attire joined the children and adults as part of a dog costume contest.
