A celebration of life will be Nov. 17 for Robert Allen Harris, 77, of Tracy, a longtime real estate broker and rancher, who died Sunday, Oct. 20, at his home.

Mr. Harris, a native of South Dakota, was born Aug. 6, 1936, and had lived in Tracy the past 53 years. He was a past governor of the Tracy Moose Lodge and a member of the Tracy Elks Lodge.

Survivors include his wife, Doris Harris of Tracy; four children, Marianne Green of Modesto, Debra Harris of Reno and Greg Harris and Kevin Harris, both of Washington state; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The Nov. 17 celebration of Mr. Harris’ life will begin at 3 p.m. at the Tracy Moose Lodge, 35 E. Sixth St.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers contributions to Community Hospice Foundation, 4368 Spyres Way, Modesto, CA 95356, or www.hospiceheart.org.
