Ravi, 43, partnered with Sridhar Gummadi, 43, and Venkat Meka, 47, in 2007 to offer comprehensive technology services to companies across the nation. In May 2012, the entrepreneurs made the decision to settle their business in Tracy.
“We’re really happy to move here,” he said. “By moving here, we were able to focus on both L.A. and the Silicon Valley.”
The company has recently received notable awards. It was named to a group of 2013 Fast Growing Companies in America by Inc.com and listed at No. 44 among the Top 100 IT Service Companies and No. 76 among the Top 100 California Companies.
“Our business model focuses on the customers,” Ravi said.
He attributes the company’s success to “our experience and our business model.”
Tracy city leaders are collaborating with TechSol4U and other local entrepreneurs to connect Silicon Valley with the Central Valley, according to a recent press release from the city of Tracy. TechSol4U serves companies including Cisco, Oracle and Direct TV.
Ravi hopes the company’s client base will continue to expand.
“It’s a challenge to retain our position,” he said. “Each year we have to grow, and that’s a challenge.”
Ravi stays positive, explaining that he “has very good customers.”
“We have a lot of orders,” he said. “Our business is growing just like that.”
