Funeral services will be Monday, June 17, for Arlene Marie (Castodio) Moore, 76, a longtime Tracy resident.

Mrs. Moore, a homemaker, died Wednesday, June 12, at New Hope Post Acute Care Center following a long illness.

She was born Dec. 8, 1936, in Lemoore and had lived in Tracy the past 69 years. In her late teens, she was an usherette at the Grand Theatre.

A parishioner of St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, Mrs. Moore enjoyed reading, cooking for her family, visiting the ocean and attending family reunions.

Survivors include her husband, Gene A. Moore of Tracy; two sons, Glenn Moore of Tracy and Gene Moore of Scotts Valley; a sister, Bernice Ratell of San Diego; and two stepgrandchildren.

Her parents, Alfred and Mary Castodio, preceded her in death.

The funeral service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave. Visitation will be observed from 11:30 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday, June 16, at the funeral home, and a rosary will begin at 1 p.m. that day. Burial will follow in Tracy Cemetery, 501 W. Schulte Road.
