Services will be private for Kenneth George Fogarty, 96, a decorated U.S. Navy veteran of Pearl Harbor and World War II, who died June 1.

Mr. Fogarty, a native of Cayuga, Canada, was born Sept. 16, 1916. He lived in Benicia for many years and moved to Tracy a few months before his death.

Survivors include his son, Terry Fogarty, and his wife, Lauraine, of Tracy; a daughter, Carolyn Cooper of Arizona; and many other relatives.

His parents, George A. and Cecelia C. Fogarty, preceded him in death.

Arrangements will be handled by Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave. An online guest book can be signed at www.frymemorialchapel.com.
