Tracy police responded to the 1500 block of Swarthout Court, where the man’s roommate said he was throwing things in his room and talking to himself.
The man had allegedly been awake for the “last couple days,” the log states.
A check of the man’s criminal record showed he had an outstanding warrant for resisting arrest.
He was arrested and taken to San Joaquin County Jail in French Camp.
Tracy police received 171 calls on Tuesday, April 2. The following is a sample of those reports.
9:47 a.m.: A 26-year-old man was arrested during a pedestrian stop on the 500 block of North Tracy Boulevard. During the stop, it was discovered the man had two outstanding warrants for battery charges in Newark. He was taken to the county jail.
6:43 p.m.: Two men were allegedly riding bicycles in the area of Clemente and Majorca lanes and pulling mail out of trash cans. They were described as 18 to 25 years old, but the complainant couldn’t remember what they were wearing. Officers were unable to locate anyone in the area matching the description.
8:02 pm.: Four teenagers were allegedly throwing eggs at passing vehicles in the area of Lowell Avenue and Orchard Parkway. Police were unable to locate the group.
