Mr. Aguiar was born in Los Banos on March 29, 1958, and lived in Tracy 23 years before moving to Las Vegas.
Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Aguiar of Las Vegas; a daughter, Jessica Aguiar of Reno; his mother, Mary; a sister, Jeanne Gordon of Tracy; a brother, Jack Aguiar Jr. of Tracy; and many nieces and nephews.
His father, Joaquin Jack Aguiar, preceded him in death.
A chapel service will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave. Condolences can be shared through an online guest book at www.frymemorialchapel.com.
