Police contacted the man on the railroad tracks, issued a warning and told him to quiet down.
Tracy police received 157 calls for service Tuesday, March 19. The following is a sample of those calls.
1:52 a.m.: Police arrested a 19-year-old man for an outstanding stolen property warrant following a traffic stop at the intersection of Tracy Boulevard and Grant Line Road.
10:14 a.m.: A burglary was reported at Tracy Express Wash, 2480 N. Tracy Blvd. A business clerk reported some tools were missing.
11:51 a.m.: A school official at Monte Vista Middle School, 751 W. Lowell Ave., reported having a student in the school office with several pictures of nude teenage girls on his cell phone. The official said the school would handle the matter internally, and the student’s parents were advised.
4:09 p.m.: Police arrested a 33-year-old woman for being drunk in public on the 2700 block of Lincoln Blvd. The arrest occurred after a caller reported her daughter was intoxicated and trying to visit her children. The woman told police she had court documents that said the daughter must be sober during visits.
11:23 p.m.: Police arrested a 23-year-old man for an outstanding warrant for carrying a concealed dagger after a traffic stop near the intersection of Clover Road and Tracy Boulevard. Police added an additional charge of the same offense.
