The men reportedly showed interest in purchasing a phone from the store, 2531 Naglee Road, at 3:35 p.m.
They asked the manger to open a display case, and when the case was opened, the men allegedly pushed the manager to the ground and started grabbing the merchandise.
The main culprit was described as being slender with short hair, a mustache and a large tattoo on the right side of his neck. He was reportedly wearing blue jeans and a black hooded sweatshirt over a white T-shirt.
Witnesses said the second man — who was seen helping the other man — also had a slender build and was wearing a grey and red hat with blue jeans and a black hooded sweatshirt that had large white lettering on the front.
Both men were described as being black and in their early 20s.

Tracy police received 171 calls for service Monday, March 11. The following is a sample of those reports.
8:12 a.m.: Officials from Kimball High School, 3200 Jaguar Way, contacted the school resource officer and reported that a message was posted on a social media site stating there would be a shooting at the school. It’s unclear where the message was posted. The call was closed at 10:37 a.m., and a report was expected. No other details were provided.
8:50 a.m.: Two students at Monte Vista Middle School, 751 W Lowell Ave., were stopped for allegedly smoking marijuana before coming to the school. The incident was being handled internally by the school. Parents were given referrals by police so that the students could seek help.
2:35 p.m.: Officers arrested a 19-year-old girl who was allegedly involved in a fight with her mother at the Royal Motel, 1201 W. 11th St. The mother reportedly suffered a head injury and needed medical assistance.
6:15 p.m.: Police arrested a 67-year-old man who was allegedly intoxicated on the corner of Sixth and D streets. He was reportedly yelling at a family and threatening to attack them.
6:58 p.m.: A warning was issued to a 47-year-old man who was allegedly saying inappropriate things to two teenage girls outside of the Tracy Public Library, 20 E. Eaton Ave. The man was allegedly telling the girls to kiss each other. He wasn’t arrested because officers determined he had been drinking, but wasn’t intoxicated.

and roundabouts work incredibly well...driver's just need to adapt and learn how to yield in general...something that's not very commonplace in this nation. It's really quite simple...you slow to get into the roundabout...if there is someone coming from your left, you wait until they are past or they turn out of the roundabout. If you are driving through the roundabout, you have the right of way...but as with ANY driving, be defensive. I almost got hit by a driver who decided that oncoming traffic needed to stop (not true)...the same driver was then impatient when I waited to see if the motorcycle with it's turn signal on was actually turning...it was not. All in 5 minutes on a one block long street.
patience...that's all...well and adaptability. :-)
Why do we have these roundabouts? For decoration? Im sure theres a few streets in town that need to be repaved instead....
A round a bout is a lot easier than trying to merge onto Central Freeway in Sunnyvale or Mountain View.
Anyway, my point is, I agree with you tracy1234. For the record, I am not claiming to be the best driver in the world, but common sense and the basic rules of the road shouldn't be that hard to follow these days.
Once, A big rig turned left in front of me. He was in the outside lane so I had to stop at the circle since he had the right of way being in the roundabout as I was approaching (despite the fact that he was coming westbound and did NOT have his turn signal indicator on).
Once I was approaching eastbound again. A car entered the roundabout from the right, cutting off the car in the outside lane of the roundabout. That car crossed into the inside lane that I was currently occupying, narrowly missing me.
Once, approaching eastbound the car in the outside lane, to my right, crossed to the inside lane to avoid merging traffic from the right, that did not have the 'right of way'.
Currently, I go down Tracy Bvd rather than take any further risks.
