A wake is planned Sunday, March 10, for Alene “Ali” Hintz, a Tracy native, who died Friday, March 1, in Las Vegas. She was 77.

Ms. Hintz was born April 14, 1935. She graduated from Tracy High School and attended Stephens College in Missouri.

She moved to Las Vegas in the early 1980s and worked in hotels and the legal field.

Survivors include a son, Matt Lindsey of Las Vegas; a daughter, Kristin Schuler-Hintz, also of Las Vegas; and a sister, Helene Mattson, and her husband, John, of Tracy.

Preceding her in death were two husbands, Lynn Schuler and Art Lindsey; parents, Tom and Vi Hintz; and a son, Mark Lindsey.

The wake will begin at 2 p.m. Sunday at the home of her daughter, 2209 Paseo Del Prado, in Las Vegas. Friends are welcome.
