This blurry image is of a man in Santa Clara who used stolen ATM numbers to swipe $400 from a Wells Fargo credit card account Erica Kraschinsky, 23, of Tracy. Kraschinsky is one of dozens of people in Tracy who have lost thousands of dollars after a rash of thefts of ATM numbers, several of which appear to be tied to the use of ATM cards at Costco and at Safeway.
