An employee at the mobile phone store, 2114 W. Grant Line Road, was opening the business just after 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 3, when she heard the display alarms go off inside the store.
She then spotted “a large hole in the wall,” the log states.
The employee told police that she noticed phones were missing from the displays as she left the store.
When officers arrived, they found the employee waiting at a next-door business, because the T-Mobile store was still unsecure.
A police report is expected.

Said it before, will keep saying it..NO SYMPATHY for idiots who leave valuables and things like purses in plain view in their cars...and she's even stupider for leaving the car unlocked. Why is common sense so lacking in this country? I think a huge amount of this country's problems would be solved if people would just use their brains for the right things.
Taking commonsense precaution is easy and sensible. MDad, you describe a utopia we do not live in. You can keep dreaming of it, but do not hold your breath waiting for it
