The National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame, Sacramento Valley Chapter, named Bongiovanni to its all-Sac-Joaquin Section list, representing selections from all coaches in the section, including small, medium and large schools.
The list includes 25 players on the all-section team, including offense and defense. Bongiovanni is one of two offensive linemen on the 19-player honorable mention list.
He was selected by San Joaquin Athletic Association coaches in November as offensive lineman of the year.
