Mr. Rinehart was born May 17, 1958, in Garden Grove and had lived in Tracy since 1989.
Survivors include his wife, Christine Rinehart of Tracy; a daughter, Tiffany Rinehart of Los Angeles; and three brothers, David Zahniser of Arizona, Steve Zahniser of Napa and Robert Rinehart of Roseville.
Saturday’s chapel service will begin at 10 a.m. at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave.
