Mrs. Irwin Cappa was born March 13, 1947, in Oakland and had lived in Tracy 18 years.
Survivors include four children, Michelle D. Arp of Tracy, Rodney P. Irwin of Corning, Dennis E. Irwin of Colfax and Donovan L. Irwin of Auburn; two brothers, Gary Grove and John Grove, both of Fremont; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Jerry Cappa; parents, Frank and Naomi Grove; and sister, Frankie Hockstaff.
