Lifelong Tracy resident Donald Wayne Brown, 61, died Dec. 6 at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital. At his request, no services are planned.

Mr. Brown, a Tracy native, was born Feb. 25, 1951. He graduated from Tracy High School in 1969 and served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve from 1970 to 1976.

He worked 25 years as a maintenance mechanic for Ameron Concrete Pipe Co.

Survivors include a son, Daniel Brown of Tracy; a daughter, Jennifer Farris of Stockton; nine siblings, Tom Brown, and his wife, Sarah, of Missouri, John Brown, and his wife, Janice, of San Jose, Dave Brown, and his wife, Rosie, of Sacramento, Doris Holderbine, and her husband, Bob, of Grass Valley, Marilyn Bybee and Lois Brown, both of Modesto, Carl Brown, and his wife, Judy, and Steve Brown, and his wife, Fran, all of Tracy; and Cindy Edwards, and her husband, Rick, of Sacramento; two grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Parents Eddie and Nora Brown preceded him in death.

Visitation was observed Monday, Dec. 10, at Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave. Inurnment will be private.
