At 8:08 a.m. Tuesday, David Michelucci, 37, allegedly called the Tracy Unified School District office and said he was going to the school, 1280 Dove Drive, to hurt the student in retaliation for an unknown act by that student against his child, according to a press release Tuesday from the Tracy Police Department.
“Multiple officers … immediately responded to the school and secured the campus,” the releases states.
Tracy police officers eventually located Michelucci at his Lathrop home and arrested him at 9:26 a.m., according to the release.
Michelucci was charged with making terrorist threats and taken to San Joaquin County Jail in French Camp, where his bail was set at $150,000, according to the jail website.
He is scheduled to appear in the Manteca branch of San Joaquin County Superior Court on Thursday, Dec. 6, at 1:30 p.m.
A call to the Tracy Police Department seeking clarification about Michelucci’s charge, details about the alleged threats and how long the school was locked down was not returned Tuesday.

Once again this proves the old saying that you can’t fix stupid, but you can numb it with a 2 X 4.
What a dumbass...And his mugshot makes me sick. That smug smile on his face. I'd like to smack him myself.
