Police arrived at Macy's department store at 7:50 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, where the security guard had detained the two minors.
Three other people were involved but were last seen running from the mall and jumping a fence on Clover Road.
The two minors who were arrested are reportedly on a juvenile probation list with the Tracy police. Details about their charges and personal information were not available because of their ages.
Tracy police received 150 calls for service Monday. The following is a sample of those calls.
12:48 a.m.: A person was sucker punched at Ralph's Club, 444 W. 11th St., by a man who had been refused service. He and two other men, thought to be his brother and father, were refused service when the presumed father entered the bar smoking a cigarette and drinking a beer bought somewhere else. The men become upset when the bar staff declined to serve them. A police report is expected.
7:42 a.m.: A man was reportedly seen running naked from the waist down in the parking lot of Holiday Inn Express, 3751 N. Tracy Blvd. A second report had the man running west on Clover Road, totally unclothed and carrying a sport coat. Police found and arrested the man in the area of Grant Line Road and Tracy Boulevard.
9:55 a.m.: Three pieces of lumber, cardboard boxes and a big-screen TV were removed from the middle of the road on the 300 block of East Street because they were blocking traffic.
11:44 a.m.: A woman reportedly found a large collection of Barbie dolls in a trash bin on the 300 block of West Larch Road. The woman wanted to make sure the collection was not reported stolen before she gave it to her granddaughter.
2:38 p.m.: A purse left by customer at Town & Country Cafe, 27 W. 10th St., was turned in to the Tracy police records department.
4:25 p.m.: Police arrested a 45-year-old man for a parole violation on the 1800 block of East Street. He was taken to San Joaquin County Jail in French Camp and denied bail.
4:49 p.m.: The driver of an unknown vehicle allegedly struck a minor who was riding his bike on the road in the area of Bessie Avenue and Beverly Place. The boy did not report any injuries.
5:23 p.m.: A drainage ditch or pipe running through the Tracy High School football field, 315 E. 11th St., was reportedly flooding the field. An employee at the school was contacted around 6:15 p.m. to shut off the water.
