Today’s Remember When “mystery photo,” top left, shows three women donning “crazy hats” during a function of local women’s organizations in 1974. Who are they, and what was the occasion?

Last week’s Remember When “mystery photo,” bottom left, shows two boys on the first day of school in 1987. They are Alberto Ramirez, at the blackboard, and Adam Hoverter, both students in Sylvia Terry’s second-grade classroom at Jefferson School on Aug. 24, 1987. No one was able to identify the boys in the photo.
