Welcome new teachers

Tracy service clubs will welcome new educators to Tracy-area schools with a Monday, Aug. 6, reception.

The event is scheduled for 4 to 5:30 p.m. at the Tracy Unified School District board room at West Lowell Avenue and Corral Hollow Road, said Jim Noah of the Tracy Breakfast Lions Club, the reception’s coordinator.

Noah said refreshments will help welcome about 40 teachers to the ranks of city educators.
