Patrick proposed to Lisa early May 26, during a camping trip at Mount Diablo State Park.
The bride-to-be, daughter of Bob and Heidi Brigman, graduated from Tracy High School in 2003 and earned a degree in business and marketing in 2007 from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Lisa works as a market research analyst for Bay Area News Group. She is the sister of Sabriena Tobja of Hollister and Justin Logue of San Jose.
Her future groom, son of Roy and Diane Manning of Brentwood, graduated in 1998 from Arroyo High School in San Lorenzo and served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He moved to Tracy following his military service.
Patrick works as a glazier at Architectural Glass & Aluminum Co. He is the brother of Debi Farr of Glendive, Mont., Michelle Andersen of Tracy, Steve Manning of Nephi, Utah, and Jason Manning of Newark; and the grandson of Bill and Jean Reed of Tracy.
