"4:59p.m.: Pacific Gas and Electric officials responded to the 200 block of Whittier Avenue for a report of a nearby power pole that blew up and was leaking fluid. Workers apparently isolated the leak."

Thanks to the diligence of the four City of Tracy employees who were watching the two utility workers, while being followed around by two guys in hard hats and vests that read: Safety First, directing the two welders on standby as a traffic cop motioned to the ensuing snarling backup of vehicles alas as two fire trucks and an ambulance sat double-parked in case of an emergency. #Note. A satellite TV truck was also parked nearby and the technician was staring up at the sky for something....

It was rumored to be started by a man who was shooting a shotgun off his front porch, however, the group of local citizens would later recant their stories saying, it was really a lady allegedly lighting a display of fireworks.

An arrow was booked into evidence.

Raped behind a dumpster at 3:40am? There's a LOT more to this story.

Tinfoil, I think you hit the nail on the head. I seem to recall a similar story from back in the mid 90's when a woman by the name of Susan Smith claimed she was carjacked and her kids kidnapped by a unknown and indescribable black man. Remember how that story ended?
