• Tracy native Raymond Ramirez, 58, of San Jose, a Tracy High School graduate and founder of the Ballet Folklorico Azteca dance group, died Saturday, June 30. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer six months earlier. A memorial will begin at 2 p.m. July 14 at the San Jose First Foursquare Church, 1470 McKinley Ave., in San Jose. The family asks that attendees wear Hawaiian shirts. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mr. Ramirez’s name may be sent to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, www.pancan.org.

• Longtime Tracy resident Johanna Nicole Logan, 32, died in her sleep Saturday, June 30. A celebration of her life will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 7, at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave. A guest book can be viewed online at www.frymemorialchapel.com. Contributions to a trust fund for Mrs. Logan's young daughters may be sent to Uncle Credit Union, Account No. 2264576, 2100 Las Positas Court, Livermore, CA 94551.

David Bettencourt Serpa, 46, a Tracy High School graduate and longtime local resident, died June 27. Services will begin at 1 p.m. Friday, July 6, at St. Bernard's Catholic Church, 163 W. Eaton Ave. Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave., is handling arrangements, and a guest book is available online at www.frymemorialchapel.com.

Sherry Ann Emmons, a Tracy resident and employee of Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, died June 18, her 55th birthday. Services are pending.

• Tracy resident Marie Ange Turner, 49, a homemaker and former medical assistant, died June 15. A celebration of her life will begin at 11 a.m. Sunday, July 8, at the family home. Arrangements were handled by Park View Funeral Home, 3661 E. French Camp Road, in Manteca.
