Girls entering 11th and 12th grades at local high schools can apply to be part of a yearlong leadership program run by Tracy Women’s Forum Association.

Applications will be accepted until July 6 for the Personal Enrichment and Real-life Leadership Skills program and can be downloaded from the TWFA website.

Through P.E.A.R.L.S., students learn about teamwork and business culture as they help plan the annual women’s forum and lead workshops for younger students. Participants earn community service credit and may be eligible for scholarships.
