The Tracy Chamber of Commerce is looking for contestants to vie for the title of Tracy Bean Festival 2012 Little Sprout at the Tracy Fourth of July celebration at Lincoln Park.

The pageant is open to girls in kindergarten to second grade.

Contestants can register by filling out an application and submitting it to the chamber by Friday, June 22. There is a $15 fee to enter.

To participate, girls and their parents must attend either of two mandatory meetings: from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 16, or from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday, June 22. Both meetings will be at the chamber office, 223 E. 10th St.

Contestants will be judged on their most patriotic and dazzling Fourth of July outfit and their stage poise.

The contest will start at 11 a.m. July 4 on the Community Stage at Lincoln Park.
