Molly, a 2- or 3-year-old German shepherd mix, likes to give kisses and always wants to be petted. She is a very active dog and needs lots of exercise. She is friendly toward other dogs, though she can be excitable. A quiet dog, Molly sleeps on the floor, is housetrained and knows basic commands. East of Eden is a nonprofit animal rescue organization. Its volunteers are at Petco, 2888 Grant Line Road, from noon to 3 p.m. Saturdays.
