Tracy police received 153 calls for service Monday, April 16. The following is a sample of those calls.
12:20 a.m.: Someone was seen going through a trash bin near McHenry House Family Shelter, 757 A St. They were gone before police arrived.
3:43 a.m.: A car in a garage was burglarized when someone left the garage door open on the 1300 block of Eastlake Circle.
6:32 a.m.: A work truck was burglarized and a computer taken on the 1500 block of Doe Trail Lane.
10:27 a.m.: Several mailbox units were broken into at the Stone Pine Apartments, 229 W. Grant Line Road. Police are investigating.
11:14 a.m.: Animal control impounded a large brown dog with a cone around its head when it was seen running around the parking lot of CVS, 3320 N. Tracy Blvd.
1:20 p.m.: Neighbors keep using the backyard water and knocking down the fence of a caller on the 900 block of Weeping Willow Court.
2:17 p.m.: A woman called to say someone was shooting a BB gun at her while they were in a yard on the 1100 block of Douglas Drive. Police checked, and the neighbors apologized. They admitted to using an Airsoft gun, and police issued a warning.
4:01 p.m.: Stolen credit card information was used at an electronics business, and the owner of the card on the 2600 block of Spencer Court was upset over the incident. He told police the company refused to give him the information on the thief who made the purchase of $1,300. Police are investigating.
5:43 p.m.: A woman pumping gas at am/pm, 2430 Joe Pombo Parkway, said someone used her ATM to get gas. She said she hit the machine for pump 12 but it registered at pump No. 2, and a woman at that pump filled her vehicle and left. She told police she needed a case number so she could get reimbursed from her bank.
6:15 p.m.: Police arrested a 35-year-old man on an outstanding warrant at Bonfare Market, 15 E. Grant Line Road. The warrant was for a variety of charges, including driving with a suspended license. He was booked into San Joaquin County Jail in French Camp.
7:46 p.m.: A store clerk called to report two men stole beer from Grocery Outlet, 825 W. 11th St. They were last seen behind the business.
8:13 p.m.: Police checked a house on the 1500 block of Cole Lane after two girls reported hearing a loud bang and then hearing footsteps inside their house. The police found no one inside the house.
8:22 p.m.: A girl called for help after her 15-year-old friend became ill from smoking too much marijuana on the 100 block of West Sixth Street. She said the teen was smoking marijuana and then fell to the ground and began to foam at the mouth. The ill girl was taken to the hospital.
