Boots is a 1½-year-old male Chihuahua-corgi-terrier mix who will jump into the arms of a friend when he wants attention. He is a spunky guy who likes to play and seems to like all kinds of people after a brief acquaintance. Boots is neutered, microchipped and current on his vaccines.

Animal Rescue of Tracy is a nonprofit, all-volunteer rescue group that has pet adoption fairs for dogs and cats from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 4 p.m. Sundays at the West Valley Mall. Members will make arrangements to show animals during the week. For information: 642-4324.
