Toby is a 4-month-old Chihuahua-corgi-terrier mix puppy who is in rescue with his sister, Mouse. He loves sitting in laps and is starting to come out of his shell around new people and things. He will probably weigh 15 to 20 pounds when fully grown. Toby is current on his vaccines and will be neutered and given an identification microchip before adoption.

Animal Rescue of Tracy is a nonprofit, all-volunteer rescue group that has pet adoption fairs for dogs and cats from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 4 p.m. Sundays at the West Valley Mall. For information: 642-4324 or www.animalrescuetracy.org.
