Kiona is a sweet, playful female kitten. She and her brother, Cam, are available for adoption from East of Eden, which will feature cats and kittens in the Cat Habitat at Petco throughout the month of July. The showcase is open during store business hours at 2888 W. Grant Line Road. All of the animals are spayed or neutered, microchipped and up to date on their vaccinations.

• East of Eden is a nonprofit animal rescue organization. Its volunteers are at Petco, 2888 Grant Line Road, from noon to 3 p.m. Saturdays. For information, call 815-5186.
