My prayers to Valda's sisters at this time. Ilived on Mount Diablo Road next door to "Valda"

as I know her when I 1962-64 as a young girl. I never forgot her warm and gentle heart as she befriended me. Daily I would sit outside her yard on the big rock by the mail box and wait for

her to come out for the mail. We would sit for a while and try to communicate, she spoke only portugues and i tried to hard to understand her. I only thing I understood was that "she gave me her love, and I've had that in my heart eversince!

My mom will be sure to greet her and she gets to heavan! Lil Salas
