DETAILS: Tracy Rampage, a new youth football team playing in the Delta Youth Sports Association Nor Cal league, will register players and cheerleaders for the 2013 season. The DYSA does not allow cuts and has a minimum play rule to make sure all players get into the game. Children ages 5 to 14 are eligible to participate.
