A Mass will be celebrated Tuesday for lifelong Tracy resident Ruben Valles Quiroga, 46, who died Sunday at his home.

Born in Tracy on Jan 18, 1968, Mr. Quiroga graduated from Tracy High School and worked in yard maintenance.

Survivors include two sons; his parents, Juan and San Juana Quiroga of Tracy; five siblings, Lupe Quiroga, and her fiancé, Richard Andrus, Monica Nix, Sylvia Holsten, and her husband, William, Cindy Quiroga, and her partner, Richard Spetter Jr., and Lisa Connolly, and her husband, Kevin; two brothers-in-law, Dwayne DeMaio and Ronald Felber Jr.; a grandmother; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Preceding him in death were several relatives, including grandparents, two aunts and an uncle, cousins and a brother-in-law.

Tuesday’s Mass will begin at 1:30 p.m. at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 163 W. Eaton Ave. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Monday at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave.
