Last week’s Remember When mystery photo, at left, showed “Wild” Bill Fann loading his trailer in 1989 in front of his home at 123 C St., while getting ready to move to Broken Bow, Neb. Wild Bill was well known in Tracy for writing pithy letters to the editor to the Tracy Press, commenting on local politics and community activities. He is now deceased.

Today’s Remember When mystery photo, at top, shows three people checking over stock certificates in 1960. Who were they, and what project were they working on?
