Daniel Flores, 24, is charged in San Joaquin County Superior Court with robbery and attempted robbery.
Flores was arrested at 3:01 p.m. on the 2600 block of Naglee Road without incident, Mejia said Friday, Feb. 22.
Police believe Flores is the man who allegedly robbed the bank, 2620 South Tracy Blvd., around 9:20 a.m. on Nov. 21.
Mejia declined to comment on how investigators determined Flores was a suspect in the robbery.
On the morning of the robbery, Mejia told the Tracy Press outside of the bank that a light-skinned man in his 20s entered the bank and demanded money from a teller. The man then ran out with an undetermined amount of cash, according to Mejia that day.
Mejia said police also suspect Flores in the attempted robbery of the Subway restaurant at 959 South Tracy Blvd. on Nov. 9.
Flores is being held on $300,000 bail at San Joaquin County Jail in French Camp. He is scheduled to be arraigned in San Joaquin County Superior Court in Manteca at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 25.
