Extra patrols were requested for the West High-Edison High basketball game Friday, Jan. 18, at West High School, 1775 W. Lowell Ave. The caller said there were “issues” when the Edison and West girls basketball teams played the night before in Stockton, and didn’t want anything similar happening in Tracy. A school resource officer and patrol officer were assigned to the game between 5 and 9 p.m. No incidents from the game were recorded in the log.
