The man told officers that the woman told him she was leaving but that he disapproved of the trip.
He was told to contact police if she doesn’t return in a week.
Tracy police received 142 calls for service Wednesday, Jan. 2. The following is a sample of those reports.
8:46 a.m.: Police arrested a 25-year-old on the 1400 block of Cottonwood Drive for several outstanding warrants. Officers found the man when they served the warrants at the residence. He was taken to San Joaquin County Jail in French Camp.
11:52 a.m.: A 22-year-old man was arrested at Savemart, 2005 N. Tracy Blvd., when it was discovered during a pedestrian stop that he was in possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to San Joaquin County Jail.
10:09 p.m.: Police arrested an 18-year-old woman in the area of Schulte Road and Tracy Boulevard for allegedly driving under the influence. Her Ford Windstar van was towed, and she was taken to San Joaquin County Jail. She was released by Thursday, Jan. 3 at 11 a.m., according to the jail website.
