In Service: Kimball grad continues Air Force training

U.S. Air Force Airman Christian Lopez, a 2013 graduate of Kimball High School, graduated from basic military training Friday, Oct. 18, at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.

The airman completed eight weeks of training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness and basic warfare principles and skills.

Lopez is completing his technical training in the medical field at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio.

He is the son of Noel and Nalani Lopez of Tracy and the brother of Kyle and Jonathan Lopez, both of Tracy, and Jorge Lopez, who is stationed in England with the Air Force.
