Ervinette Aldridge, 77, of Tracy, a retired registered nurse, died of renal failure Feb. 6 at Tracy Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Services will be private.

Born Jan. 13, 1937, in Tulare, Mrs. Aldridge worked as a nurses aide beginning in 1968 and became a licensed vocational nurse at Tracy Community Memorial Hospital when she finished school in 1972. She became a registered nurse in 1983, working at the local hospital until she retired.

Survivors include a daughter, Debbie Aldridge Costa of Shady Point; two sons, Robert Aldridge of Boise, Idaho, and Ronald Aldridge of Tracy; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Telia and Martin Leroy Pummill; and three siblings, Arlene Medeiros, Bud Pummill and Irish Pummill.

Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave., is handling arrangements.
