Candace Cavanna and Paul Grimes, both of Folsom, will marry April 24, 2010, at Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament in Sacramento.

Paul and Candace dated four years before Paul proposed during a visit to New York City on top of the Rockefeller building.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Harriet and Vince Cavanna of Loomis. She is the sister of Eric Cavanna and Vincent Cavanna, both of Loomis, and Rob Cavanna of Rancho Cordova. She graduated from Loretto High School of Sacramento in 2000.

The groom-to-be is the son of Nilda and Bill Grimes of Tracy. He is the brother of Lynn Torres of Murrieta.

The two met in the computer engineering program at California State University, Sacramento. They both earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering in December 2005 and began working at Intel in 2006.
