Jon J. Pemeyra, 52, died Wednesday, Nov. 7, at his Tracy home. Services are planned for 11 a.m. Nov. 19 at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave.

Aileen L. Parrish, 69, died Saturday, Nov. 3, at her Tracy home. Services are pending. Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave., is handling arrangements.

Nettie M. Whigham, 86, a 50-year Tracy resident and H.J. Heinz Co. retiree, died Friday, Nov. 2. Visitation will be observed from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, followed immediately by a service, at Greater White Rose Church of God in Christ, 2340 S. Pilgrim St., in Stockton. Arrangements will be handled by Park View Funeral Home, 3661 French Camp Road, in Manteca.

Isalda Oliveira, 87, a longtime Tracy resident, died Oct. 26 in Velas on the Azorean island of São Jorge following a long illness involving Alzheimer’s disease. A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 163 W. Eaton Ave. A Mass and burial service were also conducted Oct. 27 in Urzelina. Contributions in Mrs. Oliveira’s name may be sent to Our Lady of Fatima Society, St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 163 W. Eaton Ave., Tracy, CA 95376.

Freddie Eugene Yochum, 64, a Tracy High School graduate and U.S. Air Force veteran, died Oct. 30 after a short illness. As he wished, no services are planned.
