Frank J. Morris, 71, of Tracy, died Tuesday, Dec. 24, at his home after a brief hospitalization. Services are pending. Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave., is handling arrangements.

Charles Raymond “Charlie” Garcia Sr., 80, a Tracy High School graduate who owned a labor contracting business, died Sunday, Dec. 22, at his home in Blythe. A rosary and visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 29, at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 875 E. Chanslor Way, in Blythe. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 30, at the church, followed by a reception in the parish hall. Burial in Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road, is planned at 1 p.m. Jan. 3.

Mildred E. Barrow, 92, a longtime Tracy resident and homemaker, died Friday, Dec. 20, at Kaiser Permanente Manteca Medical Center. Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 3 at Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road. Visitation will be observed from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 2, at Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave.

Arthur W. Routt, 90, of Tracy, died Dec. 19 in Stockton. Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave., is handling arrangements.
